About

At Stix & Stone Golf, we believe that golf is more than just a sport; it is a holistic experience that fosters a deep brain-body connection. Through practicing and playing golf, individuals engage with their inner landscapes, exploring personal identity, mental frameworks, and self-perception. The game serves as a reflective tool, allowing players to externalize and evaluate their narratives while developing resilience and adaptability. How we approach challenges in golf mirrors how we confront obstacles in our daily lives, making the sport a powerful avenue for self-discovery and growth. By adopting a mindset of play and utilizing Stix & Stone's Core Elemental Principles, we can leverage the fundamentals of golf to build a relational understanding of ourselves and set goals for how we aspire to be in our communities.
